I’m from a small town in Colorado, so when I moved to South Africa in 2015, it was a big change. I’ve always been adventurous and curious, so travel suits me. But seeing Cape Town helped me to realize the world was one great possibility that I wanted to explore and document. The details of my travel – the sights, the smells, the sounds – are what made it such a transformational experience for me. It’s the details I now capture in my films and what ultimately got me started on my videography journey. 

I only film an exclusive number of weddings per year because I want to be inspired by the details of your experience, your identity, the things that make you happy. I’m go-with-the-flow enough to know when to take a back seat and let life guide me. But I’m also tenaciously organized when it comes to things that inspire me. I love meeting new people. I love to laugh at myself and I love to share time with my partner. Sometimes I can be a bit sensitive, but I think that allows me to read the room. Especially at weddings, when there are a thousand emotions pin-balling around, it’s good to have people who can pick up on the subtleties that exist in such charged moments.

A decade of experience in the wedding world has allowed me to perfect my craft and truly find my style. The fact that you’re here tells me we might just click.
